North Star Marketing Continues Growth with New Appointment to Creative Team
NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI – September 25, 2008 – North Star Marketing, a Rhode Island-based marketing and public relations firm, has made an addition to its talented creative team with the appointment of Daniel Ruth, North Star Marketing’s new Design Dynamo. Specifically, Ruth will support the company’s growing creative design team as a graphic design specialist.

Ruth, who is both a designer and photographer, will assist the team with all design projects at North Star Marketing, including the creation of brochures, websites, logos and other collateral.
Prior to joining the North Kingstown-based firm, Ruth worked for Apple Computer as a Mac Specialist, where he was part of a marketing outreach team to promote Apple’s product line to new audiences. Ruth learned the business side of design during his employment at Mayer Creative, where he worked on branding initiatives for a wide range of clients, including package design companies, hardware stores and the Jewish Community Day School of Providence. He graduated summa cum laude from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island with a double major in Graphic Design and Spanish.
