From the North (MA and NH): Take 95 South to Exit 9 Route 4 South. Take Route 4 South to exit 5A Wickford. Go straight through three lights (The Home Depot will be on your left) and make a right after Bank RI into The Meadows Professional Office Park. Take your first right in the office park and follow the signs to Building D. We are in suite 208 on the first floor (right hand door). Visitor parking is available.

 

From the South (NY and CT): Take 95 North up through CT, until you cross into Rhode Island. Merge onto RI-102 S/Victory Hwy via the RI-102 S Exit 5A to North Kingstown. Stay on 102 South for 8.7 miles, turn right onto RI 102. Continue on 102 South until you see the home depot on your left. Then go through three sets of lights and make a right after Bank RI into The Meadows Professional Office Park. Take your first right in the office park and follow the signs to Building D, which is the third building on the left as you follow the cul-de-sac around. Come in through the right hand door. We are in suite D-208 on the first floor, first door on your right. Visitor parking is available in front of the building.
