Description: The Employers Association (TEA) is a private Management Association dedicated to enhancing employer-employee relationships by providing advice, information, and human resource management support. TEA Case Study

 

Challenge: TEA was looking to increase their overall membership and increase the number of members who would hire TEA to provided additional training in the areas of leadership, compliance, employee relations, and benefits.

 

North Star Solutions: We held a strategy meeting with TEA to discuss the types of businesses they would target. We helped them identify people they knew as clients or professional relationships that could introduce them to potential new memberes. We then developed a plan for them to reach out to these referral sources that included the sales process, developing the scripts for phone calls and emails, as well as the follow-up strategy. In addition, North Star worked with TEA to develop a plan for reaching out to warm leads.

 

North Star Results: TEA had more referrals than they have ever had in the history of their organization. They realized current members and professionals they were already networking with were a huge resource for them and learned how to help these referral sources identify good prospects for them. The result: new members and an increase in the number of members who hired TEA for additional training projects.
