Samantha Sundin - Director of First Impressions

Samantha SundinSamantha (Sam) Sundin is North Star’s Director of First Impressions, the first point of contact for North Star’s clients. Her cheerful disposition is a warm welcome for anyone who visits or calls the office, and sets the tone for North Star’s client relations and communications. As Director of First Impressions, Sam is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly – placing orders, updating North Star’s database, and performing the behind-the-scenes internal duties that allow the rest of the team to work efficiently on client projects.

 

Sam is well-versed in how to manage an office, as she worked with New Territories as Office Manager for two years. Her responsibilities included general office duties and frequent client contact, as she worked with webstores and educational clients, responded to client concerns and assisted with invoicing and billing through QuickBooks.

 

Prior to working for New Territories, Sam worked for Staples and became well-versed in numerous aspects of the business. As a cashier, Copy Center associate, and later a Money Room associate, Sam developed excellent customer service, fiscal responsibility and attention to detail, skills that she brings to her role at North Star.
