During his multi-decade career, besides MGR, Peter has worked at Hill Holliday, Arnold Worldwide and four other Boston area agencies before opening is own agency in 1983. That agency, Rossin Greenberg Seronick and Hill (RGSH as well as five other agency names over the 19 years it existed), was recognized as one of the country's top creative agencies. The creative led by Peter and his partner Gary Greenberg, won literally hundreds of national, regional, and local awards for creativity and effectiveness. Ad Age (industry magazine) once called RGSH a creative incubator because of their reputation of finding young creative talent and then mentoring and training them to be award-winning writers and art directors.
Peter and his partners sold their agency in 2002 to Allen & Gerritsen, a Watertown, Massachusetts ad agency. Peter remained with Allen & Gerritsen as Co-Creative Director until the Spring of 2009.
Over the years Peter has worked on clients big and small, local and international, consumer and business-to- business. His work has appeared in all forms of media, both traditional and digital. His category experience is as diverse as his experience. Everything from the Boston Celtics and Boston Bruins to kielbasa and Mass Spectrometry laboratory equipment.
Peter brings his experience and infectious passions to NSM allowing us to broaden the services we offer our current and prospective clients.
Besides working at NSM, Peter is instructor in the Mass Communications Department at Emerson College (Boston). Not coincidentally Peter graduated from Emerson with a BS in Business and Industrial Communications. He has done graduate work towards an MS in Mass Communications.
For those who are impressed with things like this, Peter served in The Army National Guard, where he was trained as a mortar man. Peter says being able to blow stuff up has served him well in his advertising career.
