Chelsea Converse – Communications Samurai
Prior to joining North Star, Chelsea worked as an account manager/producer at Genesis Communications, Inc. in East Providence, Rhode Island, where she had the opportunity to touch PR, marketing, and advertising campaigns within the healthcare and energy sectors – doing research, developing press materials and conducting media relations, media buying, and managing client relations and creative and social media campaigns.
A native of Barrington, RI, Chelsea is a graduate of Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire, where she received a BA in Communications with a minor in Studio Art. She resides in Providence, RI.

Chelsea is North Star’s Communications Samurai. Drawing on a solid background of both marketing and public relations experience, she effectively complements and supports our marketing and PR team members in managing a diverse range of client accounts. Chelsea lays the groundwork for North Star’s campaign strategy development and implementation – problem solving and contributing creative ideas while managing myriad moving parts on behalf of our account service team.
