Samantha Sundin - Director of First Impressions

Sam's personal mission statement is: "To remember that I am the agency's human business card."

Sam is on the front lines of client WOWing at North Star. As the agency’s Director of First Impressions, Sam is the first point of contact for North Star clients and visitors. If Sam doesn’t know where someone or something is, nobody knows. While the rest of the North Star WOW Team is managing clients, Sam manages our office. When she’s not worrying about all of us, she steps in and helps the marketing team with data base management as well as administration support.

Sam’s career path to North Star includes working at New Territories, a supply chain management consulting company and Staples. Her experience at Staples helped her develop the people skills needed for her job here at North Star.
