These days if you’re in the printing business you better find new ways to do business or you might find yourself out of business. DS Graphics, a $40m business services company, if you’ll pardon the pun, saw the writing on the wall.


Their reaction to the current state of affairs was a commitment to using current technology to help streamline the Print Supply Chain creating efficiencies, cost savings and value-added services. Today’s technology allows them to help companies communicate effectively with their business partners and resellers world-wide while shrinking costs.

 

Using our proprietary lead response process, WOWorks™, we created a lead response campaign that helped shift DS Graphics positioning from being just a printer to a consultative resource. In a nutshell the client identified a list of 240 leads. Our WOWorks campaign created 110 responses from that initial list. Those responses turned into 13 new clients that accounted for $2.5m worth of new business. This is a 6% increase in annual revenue.


All of this was accomplished with DS Graphics spending a five figure budget. That’s not a bad ROI by anyone’s standards. Hence all the black ink on their balance sheet in 2010.
